Gecko Fun!

We are lucky to have lots of new friends in Gecko Room now. Welcome to Chloe, Sienna, and Alex. We are loving having you with us.

Gymnastics!

We have had LOADS of fun at the New Plymouth School of Gymnastics for the last 4 weeks. Each session we have learnt something new. We found out how to do a forward and backwards roll correctly, climb up a rope, use the bars and beam and develop our co-ordination.

We are a wonderful class of 3 pupils! We are Sunny, Rose and Tori and have started at Oakura School this term. We work with Mrs Cooper and Mrs Reid along with the Penguin children next door. Watch this space to see the wonderful things we get up to!

Fun On Toy Day.

This week in Gecko Room we had a fun toy day as part of our inquiry unit on toys. Our key question is: Do we need toys in our lives? We have talked about whether we need toys and why/why not. Later in our unit we will revisit our question and see if our ideas have changed. We hope you enjoy our toy photos!
